Since its inception in 2007, the Brain Modes conference series has been a beacon for the neuroscience community,
drawing attention to the intricate dynamics of brain functionality.
This year's edition, Brain Modes Bilbao 2024, scheduled from November 18th to 21st, continues this tradition of excellence.
Participants will have the unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research focused on the natural frequencies of brain oscillations,
the critical relationship between brain structure and function, and the potential applications of this knowledge in pathological scenarios and brain stimulation techniques.
A significant highlight of the conference will be the emphasis on multimodal neuroimaging to assess the human brain's complex network functionality,
exhibiting a rich repertoire of activity patterns organized not only in space and time but also in the frequency domain.
These topics are at the forefront of neuroscience research, offering novel insights into how the brain operates as a complex system.
By focusing on these areas, Brain Modes Bilbao 2024 will serve as a vibrant platform for both emerging and established researchers,
clinicians, and scholars to exchange ideas, consolidate collaborations, and discuss the latest advancements in the field.
This year, Brain Modes Bilbao 2024 will be organized by Wael El-Deredy, Joana Cabral, Adolfo López de Munain and Jesus M Cortes, and hosted by the Biobizkaia Health Research Institute, Osakidetza, Cruces University Hospital, and the University of the Basque Country,
this conference aims to delve into the intricate oscillatory dynamics that underlie brain function across multiple scales.
